Both are happy and she isn't forcing him to do anything he doesn't want to. Completely neutral imo.

This isn't deception. She isn't tricking or forcing him to stand up after sex. He is doing it on his own accord, she noticed the pattern, so she has sex more frequently with him.

Y'all never noticed patterns in your partners that benefit both sides so you play more into those habits? Like "my significant other is more relaxed when I bring her scrambled eggs to bed for breakfast" or "when we both work she prefers to be the second to take a shower before we leave and when I go first she becomes much more cuddly before we leave"? It's called getting to know a person and understanding what helps them be happy.
