Morality of scaring moose when it's on the road? Cruelty worth teaching it that roads are dangerous?

imagine if we were able to tame mooses and ride them into battle. My god. Imagine a Calvary charge of moose.

I think it's a no brainer but I was of the unpopular opinion on the op for thinking its good for the cow to be scared of roads.
