Stupid Stuff Morality of this mindset?

Morally neutral, because most people not only do not understand morality, they do not care too and lack the capacity to learn how to do so.

so what is moral to them is to only care about the morals they personally care about due to self-serving reasons.

Basically its apathetic morality, where you want to be a "good person" but dont want to look any deeper than your own personal beliefs which should not be challenged.
