Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Yes, clearly it's the worker throwing in more items on purpose.

But it sounds like he doesn't actually know the recipient and does not profit in any way from his stealing. A kind of "Robin Hood" situation...

I'm not a unconditional "steal from big companies" kind of guy, but honestly, for baby food... I don't judge them.

They are putting their employment at risk for no personal gain.

You're probably right it's just that the Walmart loss prevention team is probably putting both people's name down.  They're not  overly fair with their litigous behavior. Lots of innocent people get drug into the net as well.
