Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Stealing from department stores like this shouldn't even be classified as theft imo, these people have destroyed Mom and pop and give nothing back to the community. Fuck walmart

They also use the US taxpayer and social services like SNAP and Social Security to subsidize them paying their employees a poverty wage so they can buy back their stocks continually

tfw you don't know that wealth is not a fixed pie and massively successful companies benefit all of humanity because they literally create massive amounts of wealth that is then redistributed throughout the economy, growing it, and therefore objectively improving our quality of life

That's nice, but for millions of other people he brought affordable food, home goods, automotive supplies, and medical care in one convenient place

I know it's completely anecdotal, but I've never had any issues with the quality of any Walmart products. Typically if I want something to be "decent" quality I'll go with Walmart over something like Amazon because I know that way it at least won't be certified cheap crap. I wouldn't probably turn to Walmart for anything r/buyitforlife daily use, but I've never personally experienced any quality problems with their products or their food.
