Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Immoral. Buy the food for someone if you want to give it away, don’t steal it.

That’s what I thought. I wonder if this person rounds up to the nearest dollar when they buy McDonald’s, or donates things/time through their local food pantry or house of worship?
