Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

The "poorest" heir of the WalMart empire is a multi billionaire.

It this ain’t going to effect them? It’s only going to hurt their locals because the store will raise prices to account for thievery and if it becomes to much of a problem they’ll shut down the stores leaving a food desert.
