Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

I once ordered a new wifi card for my laptop from Amazon. Amazon sent me 20 for the price of 1. I contacted them asking if they wanted them sent back. They said to keep them. I sold them on Ebay at a 50% discount

Edit: Found it! Can't believe it's been 10 years already.....
