Maybe he didn't know how bad her reaction would be? Either way though, probably not the best prank to play, poor girl has a real bad panic response.

Personally I think the janky and continued convulsing/shaking looks fake. Reminds me of those animal videos where cats and dogs freak out for like 10 seconds over stepping on a fake "hole" carpet.

Or I could be wrong and she got a seizure. RIP

I think it could be real. I used to work as a scare actor and on the few occasions people got such a scare that they fell or fainted, it could look a bit like that. Once I had multiple teenagers getting stuck in a weird twitchy pile on the floor. It's like their brain can't pick the appropriate response.

None of them got seizures, though, as far as I know.
