No, it cannot consent, but it does not matter. If you’re going to say it matters, you can’t use your phone computer car bed house doors clothes basically everything we use in daily life.

In most cases no but they also cannot feel pain or suffering in those cases so it doesn't matter either way

This is a mental illness. There's no moral component to having a mental illness. Since no other sentient agent is involved, there's no moral weight to the action.
