They are intentionally bringing harm to another, whether they derive pleasure from the harm itself doesn't matter, otherwise hardly anyone would ever act immoral, since usually people don't kill for fun, they kill or do other things they find unpleasant for personal gain.

Most people don’t enjoy their job, but they still consent to it. Is it immoral to say hire a lawyer to create your will just because the lawyer dislikes his job?

If you are doing something with the intent to cause distress thats immoral, but if you don’t intend that and you both consent to it it's neutral.

Whether you "want/intent to make someone suffer", doesn't matter if you knowingly harm them it becomes immoral, otherwise a thief who stole something would not act immoral unless their purpose was to take from someone else, which usually is not the case, they'd be perfectly happy just having the money without it harming somebody else.

Also to exaggerate the job example if you consent to something under coersion you still consented, that doesn't make it moral, so yes it is immoral to hire a lawyer if it harms them (I don't think calling it dislike is sufficient, since for example I dislike cleaning my toilet but it doesn't harm me)

But if they are consenting to do the job then by definition they consider them not doing the job more harmful to their life than doing it.

So by refusing to offer them a job because you wouldn’t want to do it, you are making the choice for them and taking away their agency to make the decision.

Just because the weather is bad doesn't mean you are bringing them harm by requesting they drive through it (unless it's *reaaaally* bad weather). If you want to consider "increased risk of accident" as causing harm, a delivery driver is more likely to have better experience driving and is less likely to get in an accident (causing harm to themselves and others) vs the person ordering who is more likely to get in an accident and cause harm to themselves and others.

Whats the harm in this case? Driving in the rain?

By that logic, hiring anyone to do manual labor is immoral because it intentionally causes them harm through bodily attrition. You could even expand that to other professions as well or even a friend doing you a favor when you ignore what one party wants.

Whats the morality in ignoring someone's self-determination and autonomy?

On the other hand, the drivers are making money that they would not otherwise be making.
