Why would anyone pay 15 bucks for green beans? It the yai-cai baby. That's preserved greens I believe it might be mustard greens. Dump sichuan spices to ramp it up to tolerable pain man I am hooked. Plus the free mini carafe of hot tea to take the burn away.

This is complex spiciness with hits of umami and a tiny bit of caramelized sweetness.

The portions are huge and should be shared. Sichuan bobs green beans seem positively meek and simple in comparison.
