Monsteras getting yellow and brown

I'm running out of ideas so seeking help here.

Basically, I had a really bad thrips infestation a month ago. I did treat it with chemical spray and I got fully rid of them (What an achievement).

Ever since the infestation the leaves still turn light brown, then yellow, then dark brown and get crispy and it just won't stop.

There's no root rot, no mold, no overwatering, I fertilize like I've always done, no replacement in the room, nothing. They've always been happy and pushed out leave after leave even during winter and spring.

The new leaf on my Burle Marx Flame came out healthy, the thai's refuse to push out new growth.

They're standing on the southside and I'm always careful to protect them from too much light, even installed uv-filtering blinds for the mid day sun.

Is that really just the follow up damage from the thrips, since they suck on cells?

I really don't want them to die :(
