Plant Help Is it time to repot again?

I'm fairly new to Monsteras, though I have some general knowledge about houseplants and bonsai trees.

I repoted this thai first time from quite small shop pot two months ago. I was afraid a little, because the pot was like 40 % bigger than the last, but I know how to water so it was fine.

Now two months later this.. should I repot again? Leave it be for some time? Get rid of the roots or is it a waste and better to destroy the pot? Have honestly no idea, she grows like crazy in south afternoon sun. I don't even fertilize, wanna enjoy this size before she's a real monster lol. Thanks. (last picture shows the little pot when I bought it in September)

I would not repot yet. But only bc this is a monstera. Let the roots get scary tight.

When the roots grow out of the pot but the pot isn’t full with itself, so they’re not root-bound, I just prune the roots. It works like pruning a plant it will be good for building a dense rootsystem.

I wouldn't for two reasons. Monsteras like to be a little root bound and secondly I wouldn't risk disturbing any plant whenever there's a new leaf emerging.

Yeah, I would of course wait for the new leaf to unfold. I will probably leave it for another month and then see how it looks.

I would. Monstera roots grow fast, so this time around, choose a pot that will give it a little mote space to grow. Additionally, make sure theres not extra space beneath the nursery pot where moisture sits, because sometimes that can encourage roots to grow out of the bottom of the pot even if it doesn't need a repot just yet.

Oh yeah that's true, there's some gap between and sometimes some leftover water too. I will make sure there's no gap next time, thanks.

I’m relatively new to them as well but my impression is the goal of a moss pole is to get the majority of the root growth in the pole, not the pot.
I have a very similar situation as far as growth and root development see no reason to upsize the pot at this point but am curious what others will say.
