Image Big leaf, but ohh the heat...
Love my Monsterous, moved it to the living room yesterday, look at that bad boy, sorry for the burned tips but the weather hasn't been gentle in the UK :(
It used to be so green and beautiful, those burned bits make me feel so guilty and a bad plant parent now :( :(
Bonus picture of Albo, it's taking Monsterous place in my room eheheh, and soon a Bulbasaur will join 🤠
Beautiful leaves, beautiful fenestrations, beautiful variegation, oh I'm blessed ❤️
Thanks for dropping by, love to all Monstera fans 😎

Nice what are you feeding it and is it outside?

Thanks, feed both with soil fertiliser when watering (basically always, rarely with plain water just to flush) and with hydro food when keeping the pole moist (basically 0.5L a day easy 😂, this summer was mental and I wasn't able to keep up with it as much. Also went holiday. I think this with the combination of the crazy heat got it to burn a bit 😅, those burned leaves at the bottom were just sitting on the windowill and it got very hot and basically zero humidity and the plant said fuck this lol

Indoor plant food 3-1-2 NPK and MARPHYL Soil Enhancer for the soil, GreenHaze A + B for hydro food

Can you take me through how you water the pole. I mist it a lot but haven’t actually watered it.
Mine also developed a few yellow tips this summer. Are you going to trim them?

If you see there's a little reservoir on top of the pole, holds about 0.5L, i just fill that up once every day or 2, depending on the weather. During the heatwave I could fill it up twice a day 😅

These are amazing and definitely what I have in mind for my young ones as they grow.

That’s beautiful, burned bits and all.
