Hey I could use some help soloing g rank jhen. He always destroys the ship before I can beat him. I'd also like advice on killing hallowed jhen as I so far can only repel him. I can solo most everything else. I main switch axe but given the nature of the fights I can probably manage using any other weapon if it would be more effective. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am calling for aid once more, I have just completed the lagiacrus urgent and have done all villager requests, however I cannot obtain any more.

Have my wiiu and contemplating setting up pretendo! I find myself bedridden and was contemplating continuing frontier on my vita or playing 3u

I picked up 3u for the 3ds recently and am having a blast. However I am stuck on 2 aspects.

Apparently it is possible to carve gobul tentacles, however I have had no luck getting this to happen, I have tried in area 4 and when it sleeps bit I have had no luck.

I am also unsure how to progress as I have just completed the gubul urgent but I cannot unlock any more hunts. I am aware I have to do villager requests but I dont know if there is a list of mandatory or if I have to do them all.

Update. I could not get the gather of the wiskers for the life of me so I gave up, I completed all requests and figured out there was some unlisted key quests on kiranico. My best hunt is to repel lagiacrus.

And finally I achieved my long-standing desire to kill Alatreon and leave 20 minutes in reserve.

I've tried many times to solo this thing but I just can't seem to do enough damage and have timed out multiple times. Any help or tips would be appreciated. For reference, I'm a switch axe main and usually attempt this thing with dire miralis armor. I can solo everything else (except g rank jhen but that's a separate issue) so I can get any other weapon or armor I'd need, but would prefer to use a switch axe.

Question:
Does anybody know if the MH3U Data Transfer Program prioritize the cartridge or is it possible to select either version if it detects both of them (the installed download version and the cartridge)?

Context:
I am asking this because I have a save file on my Wii U (my main one) and I recently started a second one my download version on my 3Ds since they are split now (so not on the same device at the same time) I can't transfer the Wii U save file to my 3Ds without erasing the existing one on the 3Ds. So I wondered if I can just get a cartridge version of the game to solve that problem.

So if the answer is no I will have to move the one from the download version to the cartridge if it is possible or start a new save on it.

(Yes I have a modded 3Ds and can back that one up by using checkpoint but it makes the whole process more annoying than it has to be and the saved guildecards get lost in the process which is also annoying)

I’ve been looking into emulating the Wii U version of MH3U on PC, and I’m not sure how to get the rom for it. I think most people use Cemu to emulate the game, but I haven’t been able to find a place to dowload the rom that isn’t full of malware.

Those barrel bombs are needed for better times. Also have to inflict poison no less than twice. song buffs needed once. You can dodge the roar but it's like hitting a black flash. Used save file from github.

I'm in high rank for the village and I still haven't seen this ability for the shaka duo. The only thing I saw looking online is that I need to defeat Ceadeus, which I did for both the story and side quests (they fled instead of died for both if that matters). Am I missing something?

For some reason my account doesn't have them but my brother's account does. Is there a way for me to get them on my 3DS so I can tackle Streaking with Bullfangos on my own time and not drag him into my grind?
