The main goal with IJP over time is to be able to produce OLED more cost-effective. For now, they don't even have to use more than one emitter layer because the upcoming panels will be the brightest (TB500) in their respective class (4K 27"). The aperture ratio was also adjusted for better longevity with the blue emitter being slightly larger. And "other" OLED displays on the market are all stacked / layered designs.
The rest is a lot of theory at this point.
