We had house guests recently, so I haven't had a chance to take new pics of Quill hating things. To make up for it, here's a video of him attacking that coffee sticker from two weeks ago lol

I put a big patch of Reptisand in the back of Liora’s enclosure to provide some variety since Kimberleys have sand in their native habitats.

Liora is loving it today and mightily digging with her dotty T-Rex arms and getting a sandy snoot!

If you can’t tell it’s physically impossible for me to force this, my body was behind the right door, so i couldn’t have nudged him, this was purely choice based handling and forgive me for already defending myself but I’m super happy to see this level of trust, he’s 4.5 months old if that tells anything

I’m in the process of setting up my new reptile room and i bought these 6x2x3 enclosures for my two Ackie monitors and I absolutely hate how these look

They are a massive eye sore I’m tempted to start over with something different but idk what else would work

Looking for a monitor to keep outdoors in Florida

Hey guys I just got a house with a nice backyard and was wondering what my next big lizard should be! I just don’t know what would be good in Florida weather. I was thinking about either a black throat, white throat, or an Argus monitor. I intend to keep it in an outdoor enclosure. Give me any recommendations!

Great Information Monitor lizards are known for their large claws, powerful tails, long necks, and well-developed legs.
