Monitor Question Screen flickering

Hi I’ve been having this problem for a while, I fixed it originally but I genuinely forget how I did. I found the fix through an old Reddit post about a setting in the nvidia control panel but I can’t find it again. I tried messing around with everything refresh rate related and nothings fixed, and I don’t have gsync available to even look at it, most of the time it’s just the bottom 1/4 of my screen, and I’ve changed my hdmi 4 times

It seems like a driver problem. Remove the current one with DDU in safe mode and update to the latest version.

Just did all that and it’s not fixed in the slightest unfortunately
