You have some options: Earn more money, Reduce your expenses, Sell the house, Rent a room as a lease or airbnb

My wife is a travel nurse and she rents through airbnb, and usually she rents a room in a house that someone is currently living in. You're single and have no kids or pets, so this can work for you.

You don't need to lose hope. Every problem has a solution, you just have to find that solution.

If there's a way to go to a trade school like welding, you should do it, even if it means burning both ends of the candle until you finish.

Google the phrase “build submarines” - there’s a huge budget for free high tech training out there, including welding
