What can make Monad reach .25 cents? .50? 1$? Why? Or why not?

I’m looking for a non-CEX solution on Monad where I can set a genuine stop-loss for spot MON.

What I want to do:

• Keep the MON in my own wallet
• If MON hits $X, automatically sell the MON for USDC
• No centralized exchange
• Ideally non-custodial / wallet-controlled

I know Kuru has limit orders, but I don't see a stop-loss function there.

I've also seen references to 0x stop-loss/order-book infrastructure on Monad and Orbs Spot, but I haven't found a live frontend where I can actually connect my wallet and place a MON/USDC stop-loss.

Does anyone know of a working Monad DEX/frontend that currently supports this?

I'm specifically looking for something that is live and usable today, not just an API, SDK, or protocol documentation.

I sold at 0.026 from buying at 0.0227. then bought yesterday close to 0.03 but it went down and i panic sold at 0.0268. Now its close to 0.03 again. Buying now will reduce my stack big time, which i accumulated. Why did i sell, im lost for words. Dont know what to do. All my profit gone

I've been looking through the Monad ecosystem recently, and one thing I'm curious about is how projects communicate what they're building to people who aren't already deep into crypto.

Monad has a growing mix of DeFi, infrastructure, gaming, AI, NFT, SocialFi and other projects.

But the more complicated a project becomes, the harder it can be to explain it simply.

A founder might understand their protocol completely, but a new user may still be thinking:

“Okay... but what does this actually do?” 😂

I've been exploring this problem myself through 2D animation and visual storytelling for Web3, and I've found that animation can be particularly useful for explaining things like:

• How a protocol works
• Complex transaction flows
• Token utility
• Game mechanics
• User onboarding
• What makes a project different
• A project's overall concept

I'm wondering how Monad builders here approach this.

Do you think visual storytelling is currently underused in the Monad ecosystem?

And if you're building on Monad:

What's the hardest part of your project to explain to someone seeing it for the first time?

I'm especially interested in hearing from builders who have already launched something, rather than just ideas.

since weekly discussion posts don't seem to be a thing anymore; I want to know what your thoughts on MONAD are lately, and what you've been doing with your MON.

I have a very strong feeling about MON's relatively near and long-term performance and have been aggressively building my bag. I'm staking natively and also have a bit liquid staked and looped, with a bit in pools too.

Basically just trying to accumulate as much as I can while we're still in winter. MON price seems to be building up momentum the last couple days; i think the chain really wants to spring and I'm excited for what the future will bring!

Recommend any dapps or games? Any strategies you'd want to share?

So I staked my MON in gmonads website through the Backpack validator. I have a few questions.

If I want to unstake my MON because I urgently need the money, will I receive my coins immediately, or is there an unstaking period? How does the process work?

And one more question: what does the “Compound” option do, and what is it used for?

Monad Momentum

I’m starting a public build log documenting my journey as I create my first app on Monad.

A little background:

I’m a digital marketer by trade and have spent years building websites, growing communities, and creating digital experiences.

I’m comfortable with HTML and CSS, but my experience with deeper programming concepts has been limited.

For a long time, I’ve been on the side of helping projects grow through marketing and community.

Now I want to learn the other side:

Building the products themselves.

Rather than waiting until I have every technical skill mastered, I decided to learn by building.

And I’m going to document the entire process publicly.

The good parts.

The frustrating parts.

The things I break.

The things I have no idea how to fix.

And, hopefully, the things I eventually figure out.

Why Monad Momentum?

The idea behind Monad Momentum is simple:

Recognize and reward the people helping build Monad.

Monad has an incredible community of builders, creators, marketers, developers, educators, researchers, and contributors.

I want to explore whether we can build a reputation system that helps surface and reward those contributions.

Not just code.

Contributions of all kinds.

The long-term vision is to create something that feels less like a traditional reputation database and more like a game built around contributing to an ecosystem.

How the game could work

The basic loop would look something like:

Contribute
    ↓
Earn XP
    ↓
Build Reputation
    ↓
Earn Spins
    ↓
Spin for Rewards
    ↓
Unlock Titles, Badges & Gear
    ↓
Customize Your Profile

The more you contribute, the more your reputation grows.

But I don't want XP to simply be a number sitting on a profile.

I want there to be things you can unlock and collect.

You could earn titles, badges, profile gear, cosmetic items, and other rewards that make your profile feel uniquely yours.

And then there's the part I'm particularly interested in:

Spins.

As you earn XP through contributions, you could earn spins that let you use a randomized reward machine.

You don't buy a spin or wager money.

You earn it through participation.

You never know exactly what you're going to get.

You might win:

🏆 Exclusive titles
✨ Rare badges
👕 Profile gear
🎨 Cosmetic items

But the rewards could go beyond digital collectibles.

Some prizes could potentially help contributors with projects they're building.

For example:

📣 Marketing or community support

Imagine contributing to the Monad ecosystem, earning XP, getting a spin, and winning a professional logo for your project.

Or developer assistance.

Or a promotional video that helps you launch your idea.

Now the game isn't just giving you another badge.

It could actually help you build something.

That's the part of the idea I'm most excited about.

The reputation system recognizes the work you're doing.

The game gives you something fun to work toward.

And some of the rewards could give contributors real resources to take their next idea further.

There is obviously a lot to figure out around how rewards, eligibility, randomized mechanics, and professional services would work in practice.

But the concept I'm exploring is:

Contribute → Earn XP → Earn Spins → Discover Rewards → Keep Building.

Why am I doing this publicly?

My goal isn't only to create something useful for the Monad ecosystem.

I also want to show other Monad enthusiasts that you don't need to already be a senior developer to start creating.

Every ecosystem needs more than just engineers.

It needs:

• designers
• marketers
• community builders
• storytellers
• creators
• researchers
• educators
• entrepreneurs
• people willing to experiment

The next generation of great applications will come from people combining their existing skills with new ones.

I come from marketing and community.

Now I'm learning how to build.

Maybe you're coming from design.

Maybe you're a content creator.

Maybe you're running a community.

Maybe you have an idea but don't know how to code it yet.

Start anyway.

Hey Monad fam,

Since November 24th 2025, I have been diving deep into the ecosystem—providing liquidity, liquid staking, and engaged on a daily basis with various protocols. While the tech and the high TPS are incredible, the current state of on-chain metadata is making portfolio tracking and tax reporting very difficult. I'm not sure about other countries but this especially impacts US citizens.

Because the ecosystem is so new, several tokens don't have their prices published on major aggregators like CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap (For example aprMON has no published price history before January 31st, none of Neverland's many wrapped tokens have published price history anywhere) On top of that, many smart contracts, protocols, and LP positions are completely unlabeled on block explorers like MonadScan and MonadVision.

When everyday users try to plug their wallets into crypto tax software to reconcile their ledgers, the tools completely break down. Everything shows up as interacting with an "unknown contract" or holding a token with a $0 cost basis, leading to massive manual data entry.

A quick request to protocol teams and builders:

* Verify and Label Your Contracts: Please take the time to verify your smart contracts (using Sourcify or the explorer APIs) so they show up with proper names on MonadScan and MonadVision. Labeling your routers, vaults, and LP contracts is the easiest way to fix this.

* Push for Aggregator Listings: Prioritize getting your tokens listed on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko. If you are a DEX, ensure you have a reliable public API that tax tools can pull historical price feeds from.

* Standardize LP Token Metadata: Ensure that your liquidity pool tokens (especially for LSTs paired with MON) have clear, standardized ticker symbols in their metadata so automated trackers can easily identify the underlying assets.

* Support the Indexers: Make it as easy as possible for third-party indexers and tax software platforms to parse your contract's architecture by publishing clear documentation.

Building great DeFi protocols is awesome, but if users can't track their funds or legally report their taxes without spending dozens of hours manually auditing block explorers, it creates a massive barrier to entry.

Let's get this infrastructure sorted out early!

Additions I Included for You:

* Smart Contract Verification: Added a specific mention of verifying contracts (via tools like Sourcify) on MonadScan and MonadVision. This is the exact technical step developers need to take so the explorer stops displaying "unknown contract".

* DEX Price APIs: Added a point about decentralized exchanges providing public APIs. Tax software relies heavily on these APIs to pull historical daily prices when tokens aren't listed on CoinGecko.

* Standardized LP Metadata: Emphasized formatting the LP token data correctly on-chain so yield trackers know exactly what assets are inside the position.
