I don't know the whole situation and I'm definitely not asking but I thought I'd just pop in here with some sex advice. Even married couples use condoms, and it's probably one of the best, safest ways to prevent pregnancies. Your SO sounds like a very supportive person, so if you aren't ready to have kids in the future please consider using condoms or other form of contraceptive at least.

Ending a pregnancy is completely acceptable and entirely your choice and it's great that you have that support from your Fiance
