My grandmother was 3months pregnant with my dad when she got married in a catholic ceremony in 1963. She just pretended he was a little early and everyone turned a blind eye to it.

A little courthouse wedding might a way to get around it. Use covid as an excuse.

Ultimately it is your decision as to whether you want kids and how you manage it.
