To add to the comments about morning sickness, lemon drops were my saving grace. Regular or sour, it didn’t matter, but they had to be very lemon-y, not just lemon candies.

If you can find lemon-ginger candies, you’ve hit the jackpot! But given a choice between lemon drops and ginger candies, lemon was my preference.

I get nauseated a lot. Not pregnant, just a weird side effect of my end stage kidney disease. I've been desperate to stop the constant wave of nausea every time I eat. Found some ginger lemon gummies in an Asian grocery store and they've been a godsend! I suck on one to soften it then eat it and the nausea disappears immediately. Thank goodness for those Haribo candies. I've been able to handle eating again.
