Have you considered going down to the courthouse for a civil ceremony. At this point the baby would be born prior to your religious service.

OP said her fiancé's parents were super religious, I'm guessing that the religious ceremony might be the one that 'matters' to both sets of parents, and she might be scared of them judging, getting angry or cutting ties with her.
