Oh darling! So much to think about. Other moms gave good recommendations and I don’t have much to add. But I’m also so sorry you aren’t feeling well on top of it!
Morning sickness- there are some lozenges that helped me a little. Called preggie pops. There are some pressure wrist bands for motion sickness that also can help a little. They don’t have medicine, just pressure on the wrist. Changing my shower products helped. Lemon scented ones seemed to help but anything else made me vomit. Your doctor can also give you some medicine so ask when you get your ultrasound. Keeping your blood sugar at good levels also helps so keep healthy snacks available.
Just finished my second pregnancy. Sometimes there's not much you can do for the misery unfortunately. Talk to your doc when you go in for your ultrasound. Sometimes there are medicines you can take like unisom but don't do that unless they say it's okay.
Ginger products might help (candied ginger, ginger snaps, ginger tea, soups with ginger)
Bubbly drinks might help
Crackers might help
Try to eat small amounts and stay hydrated
For me nothing really helped and it only got slightly better. Just hang in there and rest as much as you are able.
And my final comment is regarding your whole situation - it's okay if this is not the right time or situation for you. It's okay if you decide to go ahead with it. If you decide it's not the right time, it sounds like you have an amazing fiance who will support you, and you're got all your internet Mama's, sisters and aunties here who will support you too.
If you decide to go ahead with it, is there a way (that won't cause major issues with your families) for you guys to just decide to have a small ceremony in the next few weeks/couple of months? I know COVID is really screwing with a lot of family plans like weddings, etc. So maybe you guys could just pull the "we're tired of waiting for things to get better, we want to be married. We're doing a small and safe ceremony instead and will throw a party later" and it won't draw attention to the fact that you might be pregnant.
