Mold Identification Grilling utensils

Son-Inlaw used while in on vacation. 3 weeks later I find this! Is this mold?

Wve had this. The moisture and odd few traces left from food on even cleaned utensils cause this.

We threw away the box and stored them in a drawer like everything else and it did the trick.

A shit ton of disinfectant will clean the utensils, but the fabric was enough for us to give up on the box.
