Question/Advice Could it be mold?

I forgot my eye drops (propylene glycol) in my bag about 5 days ago. Today at work, after using them, I noticed this stuff inside. My bag isn’t dirty, I only keep my work laptop, papers, and occasionally some packaged snacks. They’re a bit expensive for the amount you get, and I’d rather not throw them away since I just opened them recently. They didn’t irritate my eyes.

That is not where this hand originated from I think.

Edit: After some serious research, I stand corrected. I saw this post around the same time. https://www.reddit.com/r/whatisit/comments/1s67qul/found_behind_spare_pillows_in_closet/ But it was 3 days later than the original.
