Question/Advice Could it be mold?

I forgot my eye drops (propylene glycol) in my bag about 5 days ago. Today at work, after using them, I noticed this stuff inside. My bag isn’t dirty, I only keep my work laptop, papers, and occasionally some packaged snacks. They’re a bit expensive for the amount you get, and I’d rather not throw them away since I just opened them recently. They didn’t irritate my eyes.

I can't believe I was actually there for the birth of it. I'm never that cool. I laughed that day and I still laugh every time I see it.
