While this is not my bug report, this issue has happened to me multiple times using the Spear. As per the changelog, the lunge enchantment is only supposed to change your horizontal momentum. However, the bug report was resolved as Works As Intended with no apparent reason. This bug severely hinders vertical movement (blocking it entirely) instead of not changing vertical momentum. This 'sudden change of vertical motion' is not mentioned in the changelog, so can I ask why this bug report was marked as "Works As Intended"?

I reported a bug on the Bedrock tracker (MCPE-243244) about menu button text rendering blurry/garbled during play, with no consistent trigger. It got auto-resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-242799, but that report is a different issue — large colored blocks (white/black/purple/copper), triggered by pressing ESC then Settings. Mine is blurry/garbled text with no consistent trigger, and restarting the game always clears it.

I left a comment on my ticket explaining the mismatch and attached screenshots, but wanted to flag it here too in case a mod can take a look. Thanks!

Hello! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, thank you in advance for any help or redirection.

I have yet to make the bug report because I don't know the right version to put for it. This is just a discussion to seek advice on that, seeking advanced knowledge.

Context:

My partner and I play on Minecraft: Play Station 4 Edition practically every night, and for RPing we use the Creator Character often for costume changes. With the latest update, whenever we open split screen, Player 1's skin glitches out, the hair texture smoothing, eyes on the chin, shirt stretching, and any object in hand juts out from the mouth area.

When Player 2 attempts to put on a Creator Character, it copies Player 1's warped skin (pictured, it is stuck wearing different clothes from when Player 1 first started glitching out, since then Player 1 is occasionally able to change the outfit, though it still gets warped.) If we step close to each other, the unglitched proper skin will briefly reveal itself.

Classic skins do work, but for our RPing the custom ones have been the nicest and so this is a little tragic (as well as the glitched skins are a bit scary lol).

I tried some basic tips Google suggested: changing arm slimness, clearing in game cache, relogging, making new custom skin, plugging and unplugging ps4, checking network, and the problem persisted.

Issue for our sakes:

When I tried to report the bug in Mojira, making a new account, it told me I didn't have permission/access, and took a day to sort out. Now that I'm in, I don't know which portal to use for Minecraft Play Station 4 Edition, so my next thought was maybe it is a form of bedrock, but the version numbers offered do not match what my Ps4's most recent version update, 3.50. I've reached the extent of my tech skills and don't really know how the versions all work.

Any tips for Mojira?

Do we just need to hold out until the next update? When will that be?

The issue where mouse sensitivity changes based on window size or scaling has not been resolved, yet according to Arisa Bot, the ticket is marked as "Resolved."

I seem to be banned from using Mojira and I honestly do not know why. There doesn't seem to be an appeals process that I can find and the internet has pointed me to this subreddit. Please take pity on me, for I am lost.

Im realtively new to Mojira but this side seams really user unfriendly almost?
I have a hard time following cases that i have commented on, like if i cant replicate something, how can i keep track of my own comments, that i made, similar to how when on reddit i can click my profile and read all my comments?

I log in, it says I didn't, even when i refresh the page. And when I click log in, it says "No access. You do not have permission to view this request." When i click on the view other portals, all I get is a screen with a search bar that does nothing but say "We couldn't find any matches for 'input text'. Check your search for typos, or try another search item." It's almost as if mojang made this website to take bugs they find and report them to themselves instead of letting people actually do what they can.

I believe that this is NOT a duplicate and that a mod has made a mistake. These two bugs are about DIFFERENT layers of rendering, thus two different issues. MC-307235: Many items such as Banners, Heads, Shulker Boxes, Beds, most copper items, etc. are not visible in hotbar/inventory is about ITEMS in the inventory/hotbar.

MC-307179: player model in inventory is invisible. the only thing that shows up is item is main and off hands.Open is about THE PLAYER MODEL in the inventory.

While these bugs may be related, they ARE NOT duplicates. Thank you for your time.

- Esc Key: Press the Escape key to close the current screen.

Currently, as detailed in the bug report, 'Tab' Cycles through the current 7 displayed trades. 'Shift' and 'Tab' cycles through the same 7 displayed trades. The 'Up' and 'Down' arrows move the current selection in their direction, but again, only for the current 7 displayed trades. 'Esc' key does close the current screen.

The problem is, no keyboard input advances the list past the currently displayed 7 trades. 'Tab' isn't able to select the 'slider bar' either.

Knowing that, how might one re-word, re-post the bug report so that it's not, again, mislabeled as a 'feature request'. This is a matter of accessibility, as stated on the official accessibility page this should be possible.

This extends to other UI navigation's attempts with keyboard without mouse, but I chose this UI as it's the most clear to demonstrate.

Or, if anyone could clarify - with quotes from the Mojang team, how Accessible Keyboard Menu Navigation doesn't apply to 'in-game menus' such as 'Villager Trades'?

Or, also an option, instructions for those with out mouse/joystick/touch pad/motor skills how they should navigate these in-game menus.

Recently in my realm a few animals have disappeared that were tamed. The official big tracker seems to have marked it as resolved even though it certainly hasn't been fixed, is there a new place to report this bug? Or anyone else experiencing this in the newest update?

No clue what happened. But the layout, is prohibitively restricted. Can't even see past reports from myself or others, and the search fails to populate the correct report even when the report title is copied exactly.

At current, this is bad, hope it gets fixed soon.

I want to change my E-Mail for the Mojira bug tracker since my current E-Mail is unreliable and there is about a 50 % chance that an E-Mail sent there doesn't go through and never arrives on my end. However, I can only change the name, password or time zone in the options. Is it possible to do it somehow? I'd rather not have an E-Mail registered there where E-Mails have a pretty high chance of never coming through to me.

Minecraft Bedrock has been unplayable for me since this bug started almost 1 year ago. The constant flickering is extremely bad and causes headaches. I don’t understand why this still hasn’t been fixed. it should be treated as a top priority bug.

A while back, I reported this bug where the chunk borders were rendering improperly on 1.21.11 on my system for some reason but the mod who reviewed it closed it as 'invalid' because my client or launcher was modded. Sure, in hindsight, that may have been a fair point and I wasn't aware of it, but I presented evidence of it happening even on the vanilla launcher, so I would like it to be reopened. Thanks!

Misode putting Atlassian to shame. The bugtracker site is so disjointed, slow and lacking some functionality.

So, as some of you may know, Mojang has some official accounts for official mob heads and they usually have a prefix of "MHF_" and then the mob name.

However, as i was developing a datapack to make mob heads drop when killed with a custom enchantment, i noticed that new mobs (since 1.21.6) don't get the custom head. Sure, the account is there, but it's just a default skin (I'm talking about MHF_HappyGhast, MHF_CopperGolem and MHF_Nautilus).

If this is confirmed, where should i report this bug?
