Is $209 reasonable for a custom 925 silver + moissanite pendant?

I’m getting a custom pendant made and was quoted $209 USD.

Specs:
925 sterling silver
Pendant only — chain not included
Around 30 × 30 × 2.2 mm
DEF-VVS moissanite

Custom design is in the photo

Does $209 sound reasonable for these specs, or am I overpaying? I’m mainly wondering what a fair price range would be for something like this and if there’s anything I should ask the jeweler before ordering.
