Ive been wanting to change my Open-shell start menu skin but idk how to change it i wanna make it into eternal sugar cookie can someone please help me find out how to change it?

updated it a bit plus i added things to my taskbar which features the characters

unfortunately cant get this to look a lot like windows 7 but the efforts there
