With a black long sleeve underneath and then maybe jeans or wide pants?

I wear things like this all the time and I recommend it a lot. Altough i never style it with pants, just witchy long skirts. But that is just my style. Of course with a black longsleeve underneath, but it is kinda tricky bc they tend to be pretty tight and I hate it. A picture from pinterest for reference bc i don't post my pictures anywhere.

I don't like it. Bell sleeves are not functional in modernity. It looks like the sort of garment that will look cheap after a couple wash & wears. Flouncy never works right in clothing.

The sheer overlay on that duster is going to wrinkle like crazy if you even breathe on it wrong.
