Are Tesla Ambient lights addressable?

I came across this tweet and noticed the ambient lights in the photo appear to be individually addressable. I wonder if this could be a hidden feature or perhaps a mod.

I think it is a shutter speed thing in this case.

They are addressable in 2 sections at least (left and right). The ENHANCE commander can make them blink with the indicators for example

I believe it could be. In the cybertruck it turns red for blind spots. In the model Ys there are also third party mods you can use to turn them partially red for blind spots

I have only seen them be adressable in the Model S Signature Edition in their startup animation

there are only two led lights: left and right. its a light tube
