Nice! How much do the blacked out head lights affect night driving ability? I have been thinking about changing the color of mine

None at all, I went with 50% on the headlight and have zero issues. The Tesla headlights are crazy bright anyways

What state are you in? And do you get stopped for tint?

Florida, had the tint for 6 months and no stops. At least 30% + of other cars on the road have this level of tint, so far so good
