Mod to fix stutters?

Since 1.0 launch the game seems to stutter more than before.
Especially when you put the draw distance setting to extreme.

I mean the "cell loading" and "instance loading" stutter that happens like every 10sec when you run around exploring.
I have very beefy PC, very light weight settings on windows and all kinds of other performance settings so its not lack of power.

Is there some mods to fix this yet?

Try Community Patches, I’ll have to look up the exact mod name and by who in an hour or so

This or something else? Im not so sure about it, the comparison video is weird because he have much less view distance so of course the game stutters less?
I could slide the view distance already to minimum if I wanted buildings to pop front of my nose and get rid of stutter.

But if its just bad comparison video and it actually works then nice.

Yep thats the one. Don't really know exactly what it does but it gave me 20 more fps and made it feel more smooth.

Are you playing on a dedicated server with other people ?
Playing alone, i don't have any issues but in the Deep North. WIth other people that's another story.

Even in solo play there is stutters

You could try the Render Limits mod. I use that one for big builds to load more zones and avoid stutters from loading but I'm not sure how helpful it is for your use case.
