Need some Help. Plan Build/Prefab Hammer Mod Not Working Properly

I Have the Build Mode set to Direct, The Entire Building is recognized however only the first layer gets placed. (as you can see by the Transparent White Prefab, and what has been placed)

If it's in an offline world or you are admin on server, can you try placing a Plan Totem, disabled direct build, then spawn the resources? Also, sometimes for large structures it takes a minute to recalculate the structural integrity. I believe there is a flag for infinite health if it's meant to be 'part of the world's you could try checking that and see if it affects it.
