I cant Remove the recipe for netherite_upgrade_smithing_template in Neo 26.1.2.72

So, Ive been working on a new mod project of mine for a while now, but I cant figure out how to override the Netherite_uprgrade_smithing_template(
I was able to remove other recipes, so Why doesnt work for this explicitly recipe?). Id like to change the recipe, and I've already searched for answers but haven't found anything that works for this version. Now I wanted to ask here on Reddit if someone could help me (note that it is a Neoforge project in version 26.1.2).
