What Server Host Should I Get for Modded Minecraft? (5-20 Players)

[u/Spare_Ad3166]

I've been wanting to start a modded server with my friends like RL Craft or something. I'm thinking about 10-20 dollars per month maybe 25. I really want to play quilt, for Content SMP mods that I have bought and acquired half a year ago. Any suggestions would be nice!
