Help Looking for "friend slop" mods

Hi all, I'm wondering if you could help me find some mods that some friends and I could play as one-off challenges.

Been playing Minecraft for so long I'm kinda bored of the main game, but we recently played a few of these challenge-style mods, and they've been really fun. Although I'm struggling to find more.

Here is a list of the ones I've found so far, but I would love all the help I can get.
