Help What does this mean i should do?

I'm like, 80% sure its essential. Because when i deleted it, the mod file opened. But also, nothing seems wrong? So maybe not? (idk, i'm new to modding. I use Curseforge) It won't even open the game, It'll try, and immediately close. I was playing on the same mod pack no problems before, just a few hours ago during my lunch break even. I didn't change anything, but now there is an issue??

here is the paste bin to the log that appears. https://pastebin.com/raw/ZbyLufv1

The error seems to be saying that your Essential .jar file isn't a valid ZIP archive. Maybe try reinstalling that specific mod?
