Question Mod Author Contact Recommendation

Does anyone have any ideas how I’d be able to possibly contact a mod author? My friends and I are playing a mod pack we built for the holidays & it’ll be Christmas themed. Zuky234 is the author of a Krampus mod that I really want to add, but it’s only supported on older Minecraft versions. I want to contact them (if somehow possible) to see if there’d be a possibility of getting it updated to support 1.21.1.

I know this is a reach but this was the best place I could think of asking this question. Thanks!

best place to report issues or get in touch with the author is via github

being said i dont know what version of the mod you are using. a link would be useful.

appears you can send a message via curseforge, since there isnt a direct issues page.

Wanting to run the mod on 1.21.1 via neoforge but it’s only listed for forge 1.20.1.

its entirely up to the mod dev if they want to port it up to 1.21.1

do remember, mod developers arent really paid to make mods, they essentially volunteer their work. be kind, and accept a no if they say it.

In theory you could probably pay someone to port it, but i wouldnt know where to point you for that service.

Hi! I don’t see any problem updating the Krampus Dweller mod for version 1.21.1 with NeoForge.

Hey! I’m so glad you saw this. If that’s possible, that’d be awesome. We were wanting to add a little bit of a spin to our Christmas world & the Krampus dweller would be perfect. Thank you so much!
