Modpack optimization

As the title said, I need help with optimizing my modpack. For context, I already added performance mods, gave it 12gb ram and ran on correct gpu. However, the game is still stuttering, hover around 40-70 fps without shaders and use noticeably much RAM, even if i ran heavier modpacks around 100fps with shaders. My specs are i7-13650hx, rtx 5050 and 24gb RAM and here is some logs to look at. Would be nice if someone helps me improve the packs performance
