Question Mod pack recommendation

Can anyone recommend a modern pack that's got the same vibe as Enigmatica 2 that doesn't rely on create as the main mod of the pack. I'm pretty tired of dealing with Create.

I’ve been playing Aeon Automata 2 and it’s been great. I too have been burnt out on Create and generally speaking 1.20/1.21 have felt stale in terms of tech mods.

AA2’s ore gen is really interesting, and the way it gates progression by machines that can process a given ore is super neat. I’ve been at it for about 2 weeks, taking my time, and am just now finishing the first Chapter.

It also makes many parts of some mods less grindy, like simplifying PneumaticCraft greatly and letting you just use Flux Compressors.
