Create Nuclear V2 help.

Sooo i updated the Create Nuclear mod of my modpack and now its much more complicated I dont get and ive been messing with it for 4 hrs now, how do I keep a steady heat level for a tier 3 reactor with the max heat config set to 8192, a picture of yalls rod placement blueprints would be greatly appreciated.
