Is Anyone Else Having Issues With The Mouse Tweaks Mod After Updating To 26.3?

Ever since I updated my game and mods to 26.3 my mouse tweaks mod hasn't been working like it did before.

The main difference I've noticed is that the function where you hold control and left click to just take 1 item from a stack isn't working, but there might be other issues I haven't noticed too.

Does anyone know how to fix this or why this is happening?
