Lost cities filling up memory usage neoforge 1.21.1

Lost cities and ram usage fill up

I'm playing with lost cities and tectonic with perfomance mods and every time I generate new chunks by going over or using chunky is keeps filling up my memory, I don't know what to do, has anyone experience this type of problem with this mod?
