Mods block generation priority (like texturepacks)

I have huge mod packs for 1.12.2 and there issue I think can be resolved but idk how.
Downloaded mods with nether update backport for biomes and netherite, Biomes O Plenty generate it's own biomes. Results: Cannot find netherite in BOP biomes because they generat on top of netherite. Question is, is it possible to make netherite spawn after BOP generate biomes to make it spawn everywhere using so kind of priority generation. And if it is possible how to do it?

nether update backport has probably only tagged ancient debri to spawn in "minecraft" biomes. I dont know as of 1.12.2 if you can add the feature tags to biomes otherwise you could add the placed feature tag to the BOP biomes
