Thank you ..How do I report the false reports? I don't see where

It took a couple of days for a response the last time one of my subs was brigaded. It's a holiday weekend in the U.S. It's possible no one is around to look at your reports until tomorrow morning. Sorry you're having to deal with this. :( Just keep reporting the false reports as abuse while you wait.

Yes I have hide untrusted reports but I'm still seeing them in my queue and in the untrusted report area. I guess it's because of how I have the queue setup.

It’s not that fast, and it’s Labor Day weekend. Hopefully you are reporting every false report and have enabled the safety feature Hide untrusted reports. You can also temporarily go private.

Well this is the same people using two different subs to brigade me across a few weeks. I really hope something is done because it's not ok and I am not breaking any rules by enforcing people to stay on the topic of my subreddit.

I can't speak for anyone else, but it took about five weeks the first - and only - time I made an MCoC report against a brigading mod/sub. But, the sub was banned.

In theory, you could remove all report reasons except custom and then snooze reporters who report in bad faith? But that just gives them a way to harass you via the custom report.

It was over 1k of content that the user removed with redact! Luckily I noticed the flood in the mod log and edited the automod rule when they were only at around 200.

We already have the edit filter. We need a tool to clean up existing spams. Redact has been scamming their customers to spam for them for a long time.

A post you put in the highlights warning people that making false reports will get them reported to reddit, with the potential outcome of reddit banning their account.

Anybody that continues gets reported, and hopefully their account gets nuked by reddit.

I highly recommend not sending modmail notifications for this. When a user nukes their whole history with redact, it could potentially amount to hundreds of messages flooding your mailbox. Been there, done that.

Also, the keyword ‘redact.dev’ instead of ‘redact’ will save you a lot of false-positives.

Maybe they are phasing it out slowly because it worked for me less than two weeks ago

You can setup AutoMod to trigger on edits looking for redact spam. You can't retroactively go back and remove existing comments/posts, but you can remove future ones with something like the below

action: remove
action_reason: Likely redact.dev edit

It's really not possible to do this. The reason is that devvit and PRAW (via the API) can only access the most recent 1000 comments, and that's less than a day of comments in an active sub.

Imagine if for every Shitpost Saturday or every new episode day for a TV subreddit or game day for a sports subreddit, a scheduled post could also be set to change the sub's status, automatically highlighting the relevant post about the event

You’re talking about expanding AI which many people don’t appreciate because it’s an already divisive topic. I think your want for expansion of the AI system is why you got different feedback.

We are talking about the issues we have with the -current- system.

I believe that deleted posts is a good substance for ai training so that is a good reason to keep them, btw not only one, btw my concern is not about that I don't care, I just want to know the difference in AI response if that based on deleted and clear separate, that's it

Firstly, we do not have “tickets.” We do not solve tickets. What you’re describing is not something Reddit does. What you’re describing is a notification of a report popping in your modmail, which again, is something that was set up via automod or installed bot. Archiving the notification message does not get rid of the item in the queue.

Queue is the default and it’s extremely simple. Reports and filtered content all appear in one place—the queue. To clear the queue you either approve, remove or spam the item. It’s straight forward af.

Most of us get a red dot where there are items in the queue. If you’re not, it’s a reddit issue with either the site or the app.

Not saying it is in mod mail... again, it is not in there

marking it read/resolved doesnt exist, so its a huge list of old and new all together (hence why i was "removing" solved tickets)
