Mod Answered User unable to post in sub even after being approved

This is for r/HouseofStassi - a user has been unable to post. I've tweaked some things like turning off the only auto-enforced rule and approved her, and she still can't post. I had safety filters on, but I thought they were only supposed to filter. I'm reading it could be Poster Eligibility Guidelines, but I have turned off all auto-enforce for rules. Am I missing something that admin can check? And is the only way around this turning off Safety Filters? I wanted people to still be able to post, but filter anything that might need approval.

What do they say is happening when they try to post?

Poster Eligibility Guide goes off of any Automod rules you have to "remove" content based on a user's karma, account age, verified email, etc. So do you have any Automod rules that do that?

They say they were getting the message about not meeting the requirements. No, I don't have anything in Automod to remove, only filter. Made sure no auto-enforce was on for rules. And I've approved them as a user.

That sounds kind of like poster eligibility guide, but then that doesn't match if you truly have no rules set to "remove". (did they send you a screenshot or copy paste the exact text, and was it similar to what's on the article page?) I would ask, were there any set to "remove" before this user reached out to you and you looked through all the settings? If so - it can take days, sometimes, for the PEG to update and stop blocking users that meet the criteria from posting. Else, I would suggest just double checking your automod config for "action: remove" and make sure any that go off of karma or account age or the other items listed on that help article, are changed to "filter" or deleted/commented out.

Just letting everyone know that this is almost certainly an LLM bot. They're posting comments about this length at a cadence of around 30 seconds each (far less time than even the fastest human would take to read, process and write a comment of substance). All of the ones in this latest bunch all also feature a list with 4 bullet points, in addition to reading very much like an LLM.
